Q. what is the procedure to get the samples, Swatch Book & and Sample cost?

Q. How do I place an Order?
Ans: For our online products you can simply select and drop your inquiry in our Inquiry basket. But if you require anything which isn't listed in our web page then you can E-Mail/ Fax to our sales dept. for prompt response.
Q. what'll be the delivery time of my purchase order?
Ans: The delivery times are different from product to product. Normally it would take 6-8 weeks after confirmation of purchase order and receipt of irrevocable L/C (Letter of credit) or Advance Payment Advance Payment: it would be 3% discount (From FOB prices) for those customers who'll transfer 100% advance payment before starting of production. Delivery Time: will be started after final confirmation of Purchase Order/Samples has been sending us via E-Mail/Fax to our sales dept.
Q. What is your Min. Order Quantity?
Ans: No Restrictions……
Q. what will be your terms of Delivery?
Ans: Our terms of Delivery are quoted FOB, C&F, and CIF for cargo required by sea and FCA, CPT, CIP By air mode of shipment.
Q. what will be your mode of payment?
Ans: Order Valued more than amount 8000, 00 Euros will be paid on Advance or L/C at sight however small quantity order less then 8000, 00 Euros will be required 50% deposited along with order in Advance and rest 50% against CAD payment terms. For new Customer we're required their Bank Data and Trade Ref. are required with the purchased order.
Q. How do I inform about processing and confirming of my Purchase order?
Ans: Once you confirmed the P/order you'll auto receive the Performa invoice which includes the date of commencement and then onwards for your convenience we will provide you Updates via Progress and shipment reports time-time.
Q. How do I amend my P/order, if I want any changes or cancellation in it?
Ans: when you confirmed the P/order you only have 3 days for amendment/Changes in your order via Email and fax immediately!!! Once finalization has been done and production started then there'll be no Cancellation and further changes.
Q. Can you provide me with better and quicken delivery time?
Ans: Production is normally proceeding after approval of final samples. And for the final approval of samples we need to get the customer's Logo, if required specific raw Material input and complete product details from the customer. But if customer's need to change the Design, logo Product material then it would take much time as comparative. So we Emphasis that all the information are provided must be correct. Things get fast and easier by detailed and quick communication at both ends. Secondly our production planning and coordination dept. arranges all orders in strict schedule.
Q. what is your policy regarding Product samples dispatch?
Ans: The product samples are offered free of charge normally but new customer's need to pay us the sample cost first and when he confirms the order then that particular samples amount will be deducted from the invoice amount. We would require your FedEx, DHL, UPS or international courier account number to enable us to send to you the samples.
Q. can the logo of the company or individual be printed, embossed or embroidered on the product?
Ans: yes the logo or name can be printed, embossed or embroidered depending on the nature of product. Please note that you must be the lawful owner of the logo, Design and Brand name. We would like to receive the evidence of your lawful ownership in this regard. (To avoid the disputes)
